Bienvenue au Mas du rocher, superbe maison en pierres de 160m² située à Ruoms, au coeur de l'Ardèche méridionale, à deux pas des Gorges de l'Ardèche et avec un accès direct à la Via Ardèche. 

Idéal pour des vacance en famille ou entre amis, le mas offre : 

• trois chambres confortables (lits en 180 king size, 160 et 140) pour plus de confort les lits sont faits à votre arrivée;
• Une grande salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, double vasque, toilette (les serviettes de toilette sont fournies)
• une cuisine moderne ouverte sur un vaste salon climatisé
• une terrasse couverte avec salon de détente, vue sur la piscine, le pool house et le rocher de Sampzon

à l'extérieur, profitez d'un terrain clos de 2000 m², joliment arboré, d'une picine à débordement (9.5m x 5m) traitée au sel avec bains de soleil, et d'un espace barbecue, four à pizza. 

Le tout dans un environnement calme, sans vis à vis, à seulement 2.5 km du centre de Ruoms et à proximité immédiate des activités sportives et culturelles. 

Le lieu idéal pour se détendre, partager et découvrir l'Ardèche.

Les animaux sont admis uniquement sur demande, (chien uniquement - de 25 kg, bien éduqué, catégorie I et II non autorisés) avec l'accord du propriétaire, habitué à voyager, payant. 

La présence d'un animal engendre des frais supplémentaires pour l'entretien de la maison et du jardin, suite à des expériences passées nous avons décidé d'appliquer des frais.

Cette mesure nous permet de garantir la bonne tenue des lieux et d'assurer une maison propre et un cadre agréable pour tous les locataires.

 The Mas du Rocher for 6 people and two children - 18 months old in travel cot, (possibility of putting a 90cm bed in the largest bedroom). The farmhouse has three bedrooms, a large bathroom, two toilets, a beautiful modern kitchen open to the living room, a dining room, a large living room with a fireplace opening onto the covered terrace with a view of the swimming pool as well as a pool house. The single-storey farmhouse is located 2.5 km from the town center of Ruoms with direct access to the Via Ardèche allowing you to cycle, run or simply stroll in complete safety. This characterful 170m² stone farmhouse will offer you wonderful moments with friends or family. It is located in the south of southern Ardèche, in Ruoms, a stone's throw from the Gorges de l'Ardèche and other sporting and cultural activities. The farmhouse is located next to our chalets (3) not overlooked and only reserved for family customers.

The 9m x 5m infinity pool offers a beautiful view of the Sampzon rock, with access via a staircase, depth of 0.90 m to 1.50 m, treated with salt; equipped with sun loungers and a parasol. The pool house as an extension of the swimming pool will allow you to share all your meals by the swimming pool, sheltered from the sun, throughout the summer until autumn. an electric bike will allow you to stay in shape! A wood-burning barbecue and a real pizza oven are also at your disposal. Concerned about the environment, the swimming pool is not heated, favoring air conditioning for the interior of the house and your comfort. And ther are 3 fans in the bedroom. All spaces are nicely planted with trees: olive trees, pines, oleanders, rose bushes, fig trees. Finally, a huge fifty-year-old hackberry tree will provide shade in summer around the terrace and swimming pool. Lounge area, kitchen, air-conditioned dining room, fans in the bedrooms, but due to the width of the walls, the rooms remain cool even in summer. Modern kitchen of very good quality and fully equipped, open to the living room with a beautiful stone vault. Large living room with fireplace and dining room opening onto the covered terrace, garden and swimming pool. The covered terrace includes a relaxation lounge and a coffee table.
